We're looking for Scotland's
Green Champions 2012

The Scottish Green List has been running for three years (2009, 2010 and the Young Scottish Green List in 2011). Now in 2012 for the first time ever, both sets of awards will be presented in one fabulous award ceremony at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh on the 13th March 2012 (see ceremony page for more details).

The aims of the awards are:

  • To recognise and reward the work of people in Scotland that are working to drive forward sustainable development.

  • Increase understanding of sustainable development through 'real-people' examples and demonstrate to the country that people care about sustainable development issues.

  • Inspire other people to take action on sustainable development through highlighting examples of how the winners have gone about their work.

If you would like to nominate an individual for the Scottish Green List Awards or a young person between the ages 11-25 for the Young Scottish Green List Awards follow the link below for a nomination form. Nominations will close on 31st January.
